We publish general guidance about where Livingston County criminal records are held and how to request them from the sheriff's records unit, the courts that hear criminal cases, the Illinois State Police Bureau of Identification repository, and the Illinois Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and nothing we collect about visitors is assembled into consumer reports or records about third parties.
